Return / Refund Policy :
1. It is mandatory that the "Return Authorization Number" or Order Number must be clearly
written outside the box or outside the packaging. Any product returned without the Authorization number or Order Number or Original Documentation will be rejected.
2. Any product(s) returned with broken seal or altered will be rejected.
3. All product packaging (boxes,etc.) and certificate of authenticity must be returned with
the item.
4. NO return will be considered more than seven (7) days after shipment was delivered.
5. Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.

Cancelling an Order :
* If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us @ beauty deals unit support@beautydealsunit.com as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate your request , however orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

* For cancellation of orders before shipped, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
Please allow for up to 7-10 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Ground Shipping :
* Orders are processed and shipped within 48 to 72 hours of purchase, depending on product availability.
An order placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.
Once the order has beed processed. Transit time is between 2-4 business days, depending on your shipping address. Shipments maybe delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.
